About Me

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people through my coaching practice individuals who, in all kinds of ways, face challenges in their relationships with others.

But the ones who touch me most deeply, the ones I feel most drawn to help, are women around their forties who look at their relationship and quietly wonder:
“Who am I, in all of this?”

I’ve supported so many women at this exact crossroads. And every time one walks into my practice, my heart leaps a little because I know how much transformation is possible. I see the incredible growth they can achieve with the right support.

That’s why I’ve now dedicated my coaching practice specifically to these women.

Why these woman speak to me

The reason I’m so connected to women facing these relationship struggles is because… I’ve been there too.

I’ve lived in a relationship where I felt like I was slowly losing myself constantly adjusting, constantly compromising. So yes, I get it. I truly feel what they’re going through.

But at the same time, it also feels like a lifetime ago. The growth I’ve made since then has been immense, and that’s what makes me so passionate about helping others do the same.
That motivation still feels as fresh as if it started today.

If You Knew Me, You’d Know That…

My friends would tell you I’m brutally honest, ask way too many curious questions, laugh too loudly, and am always up for food and drinks.

We lived abroad for years, and each country left a mark on my heart, but Brazil stole the biggest piece.

When it comes to exercise, I’m firmly on the lazy over sweaty side of life. Yoga is about as far as I go, you’ll never catch me doing cardio.

I’ve lost count of the times I’ve walked out the door without my wallet, phone, or keys. I hide gifts, forget I bought them, and then years later find them again like it’s Christmas morning.

I’m obsessed with Christmas: the decorations go up early, Sky Radio’s Christmas Station plays nonstop from October, and the cheesiest Christmas movie still makes me happy.

I own three different mascaras that I apply in a precise, layered ritual: at least eight coats, every single day. I’ve been doing it for decades, and I simply don’t start my day without it.
